As design & build specialists, we love to speak with clients as early as possible. Many builders and joiners only get involved once drawings, building warrants, and other formalities are already in place. We find that even a few early conversations—before architects are involved—can provide huge benefits to our clients.
In our initial meeting, you can discuss your ideas for your new home directly with us. At this stage, we’re happy to provide practical advice on both the design and build process, helping you make informed decisions from the very beginning.
The next step is to work with an architect. We collaborate with specialists who focus on different types of new build properties across various areas, ensuring a design you’ll love. We also liaise with the relevant authorities to secure planning permission as quickly as possible. Once you’re happy with the plans, we provide a detailed quotation and, hopefully, move forward with the project.
As an established “all trades” building company, we can manage every aspect of your build. From site clearance and laying foundations to the final coat of paint, we handle it all. By controlling every element of construction and finishing, we remove the stress of coordinating multiple trades and schedules. The result is a smoother, more efficient build and a far less stressful experience for you.

Discuss your requirements with us — and if you wish, we can offer ideas and inspiration. We’ll also show you examples of bathrooms we’ve recently fitted across Glasgow. If you’re satisfied with our approach and the quality of our work, we’ll provide a clear, no-obligation quotation.
3. Work Begins
Once everything is agreed, we’ll schedule a convenient start date. There’s no upfront payment you’ll only receive an invoice when the project is completed to your (and our) full satisfaction.
